Juvelook Volume

The volume line of Juvelook, for depth rather than surface

Juvelook Volume is the 40 µm line of the Juvelook family. It combines high-molecular PLA with hyaluronic acid and is placed in the lower dermis and subcutaneous layer, where the aim is structural support — deep folds, hollows and depressed scars rather than surface texture.

Juvelook Volume

What it is made of, and why that matters

Juvelook is a collagen booster that combines PLA (Poly D, L-lactide) with HA (sodium hyaluronate). PLA is a biodegradable, biocompatible polymer suitable for use in the body; HA is a natural polysaccharide already present in human skin tissue. As the PLA breaks down, it prompts the skin to form its own collagen — so what fills the area over time is your tissue, not the product.

The particles are porous with a network structure rather than hollow shells. They are small and round, which makes nodule formation less likely, and because they are biodegradable they are cleared from the body over time, leaving almost no residue behind.

How the result builds

  1. 01PlacementJuvelook is injected between the dermis and the fat layer at areas of lost volume or folding.
  2. 02PLA breaks downAs the PLA component degrades, it activates the formation of new tissue including collagen.
  3. 03Restoration appearsFrom roughly six weeks onwards, the skin restoration effect starts to become visible.

Juvelook and Juvelook Volume

Same family, different particle size and different job. Choosing the wrong one is the most common reason people are disappointed by a collagen booster.

The four lines, and what each is for

Symphony carries the full lineup so the line can be matched to the concern rather than the other way round.

JUVELOOK — 24 µm
Fine particles applied evenly across the full face at mid dermis. Aimed at texture, tone and firmness together, with acne scarring and pores addressed as part of it. Three sessions at four-week intervals are commonly suggested, with individual variation.
JUVELOOK i — 20 µm
Ultra-fine particles with a lower-volume design for thin skin. Used at upper dermis around the eyes, mouth and glabella, where small divided doses are preferred and natural expression is kept.
JUVELOOK Volume — 40 µm
Higher concentration placed at lower dermis to subcutaneous for structural support. Used for cheeks, nasolabial folds and the jawline, and for deep folds, hollows and scarring. Cannula use is considered by area.
JUVELOOK G — 65 µm
The largest particle with high-volume PDLLA, used across broad areas such as the neck, arms and body, aiming at even firmness and contour. Dose and coverage are adjusted per person.

Who it tends to suit

Confirmed at consultation — this list is where the conversation starts, not where it ends.

Folds and volume at the same time
Where you want both the fold and the flatness underneath it addressed rather than one or the other.
Depressed acne scarring
Where the scar is a depression that needs support from below, not a surface irregularity.
Loss of firmness
Where skin has begun to descend and the outline has softened.
Stretch marks
Frequently planned together with MIRAJET delivery for this specific concern.

How it is delivered

The same product behaves differently depending on how it enters the skin. The method is chosen for the product and the area.

MIRAJET
Needle-free micro-jet delivery. No needle pain, no thermal injury and no raised bumps, with the solution delivered evenly to the intended position without loss.
I-JECT
Digital automatic delivery at a constant speed, with fine speed control for even distribution — suited to repeated-injection treatments such as boosters and collagen.
Injector
Nine 34G ultra-fine sterile needles deliver at uniform depth across a wide area, with about half the discomfort of hand injection. The uniform bumps that form are absorbed within about a day.
Hand injection
The most operator-dependent method. Symphony's medical team draws on over 20 years of clinical experience to keep discomfort and bruising to a minimum.

Where Symphony works differently

The line is chosen, not assumed
Which of the four lines applies — and whether more than one is appropriate — is decided after your skin and facial structure are assessed.
The doctor designs and injects
Placement depth, volume per area and delivery method are planned and carried out by the same doctor.
The same doctor after you fly home
Because the result builds over weeks, most questions arrive after you have left. They are answered by the doctor who treated you.
Planned against your stay
Sessions are spaced three to four weeks apart. If your trip does not allow that, we plan what fits rather than compressing the interval.

Questions we are asked most

How is this different from a filler?

A hyaluronic acid filler occupies space directly. Juvelook Volume prompts your own collagen to form as the PLA component breaks down, so the change builds over weeks. The two are sometimes used together, for different jobs.

When will I see a change?

There is an immediate effect from the injection itself, and the skin restoration effect begins to appear from around six weeks as new tissue forms. Response varies between individuals.

How many sessions are usual?

Sessions are spaced three to four weeks apart, and the number depends on the area and how your skin responds. Your doctor gives a proposed plan at consultation.

Does anything stay in my skin?

The particles are biodegradable. They are cleared from the body over time, leaving almost no residue. Their small, round shape also makes nodule formation less likely.

Can it be combined with lifting treatments?

Yes. Volume and laxity are different problems, and they are often planned together rather than separately. What applies to you is confirmed at consultation.

Can I fly home the same day?

Recovery is listed as immediate return to daily activity. Depending on the delivery method used, small bumps may be present briefly. Your doctor confirms the specifics against your travel dates.

What we look at before anything is switched on

01
Skin analysis first
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed before settings are chosen, so energy levels and tips match the skin in front of us rather than a default protocol.
02
Planned and performed by a physician
The doctor who consults you draws up the plan and carries it out. Nothing is delegated after the consultation.
03
Layered, not single-device
Treatments are combined by depth and symptom, with intervals planned around your recovery.
04
Care that continues
Conditioning before, calming immediately after, and home-care guidance through recovery — then the next session is adjusted to how your skin responded.
