Records from our own treatment rooms
Actual before-and-after records published with each patient's consent, together with films our overseas guests filmed themselves.

※ Published with the consent of each individual. The same treatment does not produce the same result for everyone — effects and recovery vary by individual, and no outcome is guaranteed.

A result is not made in the twenty minutes on the bed
Two people can receive the same device, the same settings and the same number of passes, and stand in front of the same camera three months later with different photographs. Part of that is simply biology. A large part of it is what happened in the days on either side of the treatment — whether the surface was prepared before energy was delivered through it, and whether the skin was helped through the week that followed.
At Symphony that part is not advice handed over at the door. Before-care and after-care are scheduled treatments in their own right, carried out in the clinic by the same team that plans the procedure. What follows is what they consist of, because it is the half of the plan most clinics leave to the patient.
The day itself, from the door to the way out
The order does not change. Nothing is added to it while you are in the chair.
- 01ReceptionYour interpreter meets you at the front desk and stays with you from here. Your travel dates and everything already exchanged on WhatsApp are on file before you sit down.
- 02Skin measurementThe skin is imaged and measured — surface condition, moisture, pigment, pore and texture readings — so the conversation that follows is about numbers and images rather than impressions.
- 03The readings, gone through with youYou see your own measurements on screen and are told what each one means. This is the point at which most people revise what they thought their main concern was.
- 04Consultation with the physicianThe physician examines the face in person, against the measurements, and decides which layer the problem actually sits in. This is where the plan is set, and it is a doctor who sets it.
- 05Face designThe plan is drawn on your face, area by area, with the order and the intensity written down. You see it before anything is agreed, and it is the point at which something can still be removed from it.
- 06Premium before-careA dedicated care session that prepares the skin for what is about to be delivered through it. It is not an optional extra sold alongside the procedure — it is part of it.
- 07The treatment, one person at a timeOne patient to one room and one team. No one is moved between beds to keep a device busy, and the physician who designed the plan is the one who carries it out.
- 08Premium after-careCare selected to match what was actually done that day — settling heat and swelling, supporting circulation and recovery, and shortening the visible part of the downtime.
Before-care — what the hour before is for
Four things have to be true of the skin before energy or an active is delivered through it.
After-care — the week that decides what the photograph shows
Chosen against what was actually carried out, not from a fixed menu.
Medical skincare — the three programmes
Two or more modalities are combined in one session, which shortens the time in the chair and does more in it than any single step would.
What is in the room
Six modalities, combined differently depending on the programme.

Where the care is carried out

※ Every record on this page is published with the consent of the individual concerned and shows that individual's own course; it is taken down if that consent is withdrawn. The same treatment does not produce the same result in different people — response, recovery and how long a result holds vary with skin condition, age, healing and daily habits, and no outcome is guaranteed to you. Before-care, after-care and medical skincare are selected for each person at consultation, and which of them applies to you is decided in person with your physician at the clinic.
You have read this far. Start with one photo.
Free, one-on-one, and nothing is decided until you see the plan in person.
