ABOUT SYMPHONY

The beauty of detail beyond expectations

Skin has its own rhythm. When age and fatigue break that balance, we restore it precisely — never by running a fixed protocol, always by reading your skin first. Scar and stretch mark repair, volume collagen and custom skin boosters are planned one patient at a time.

What we look at before anything is switched on

01
Skin analysis first
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed before settings are chosen, so energy levels and tips match the skin in front of us rather than a default protocol.
02
Planned and performed by a physician
The doctor who consults you draws up the plan and carries it out. Nothing is delegated after the consultation.
03
Layered, not single-device
Treatments are combined by depth and symptom, with intervals planned around your recovery.
04
Care that continues
Conditioning before, calming immediately after, and home-care guidance through recovery — then the next session is adjusted to how your skin responded.
17
Years of clinical experience
Focused on lifting and regenerative dermatology.
1:1
Appointment-only care
One patient at a time, in a private room.
4
Physicians on the team
The doctor who consults you performs the treatment.
3
Languages at the chair
An interpreter is with you from reception to the treatment room.

Four reasons people hesitate

Choosing a clinic abroad is rarely about the procedure name. It is about the things people do not say out loud.

You are shown the plan and a written estimate before anything begins, and it is explained line by line. Nothing is added mid-treatment, and you decide only after hearing everything.

※ Results and recovery vary by individual. The final plan is confirmed by your physician at the consultation.

What Symphony is

Symphony occupies two floors of the Sinsa Hill Building on Dosan-daero, in the Gangnam district of Seoul. Dermatology is on the second floor and plastic surgery on the fourth. These pages describe the dermatology practice.

The work is concentrated rather than spread across everything a laser can be pointed at. Three areas take up most of the schedule: stretch marks and scars, collagen and volume that the skin rebuilds itself, and skin boosters mixed per patient. Lifting runs alongside them, with Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, EMFACE and Sofwave used in combination rather than sold as competing items.

Seventeen years of practice have gone into those areas. What accumulates over that time is not the device list — equipment can be bought in an afternoon — but the judgement of which layer to treat, at which setting, and when to leave skin alone.

What we concentrate on

Four lines of work, described here as they are described on our Korean site.

Stretch marks and scars
Including the abdomen and thighs, where the skin is difficult to treat. Depth is assessed first, then collagen renewal is prompted with needle-free delivery devices such as MIRAJET.
Volume collagen
The aim is not to add material for its own sake but to prompt the skin to form its own collagen, using volume collagen treatments and autologous exosomes.
Custom skin boosters
Ingredients and concentration are decided for each patient on the day, according to hydration and skin condition, rather than taken from a fixed menu.
Quadruple lifting
Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, EMFACE and Sofwave. The retaining ligaments and the fascial layer are assessed before the combination and the order are decided.

Not a production line

Symphony does not run the high-volume model where patients are moved through in batches. Consultation, skin analysis, treatment and follow-up stay with the medical team rather than being passed to non-medical staff.

In practice this shows up in unglamorous ways. Appointments are spaced so that a room belongs to one person while they are in it, and the plan is built around skin thickness and how quickly a particular face has aged — not around a package that already existed before you walked in.

Principles we hold to

The skin is read before the settings are chosen
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed at the start of the visit. Energy levels and tips follow from that reading rather than from a default protocol.
Only what is needed is proposed
If a treatment would not change what you came in for, we say so. Adding sessions to an estimate is easy; explaining why one is unnecessary takes longer, and it is the more useful conversation.
The cost is agreed before anything begins
You hear the whole plan and the total before the first session starts. Items are not added while you are on the bed.
Consumables are opened in the room
Device tips are unsealed in front of you, and you are told the count that was actually used.
