Three messages, and you are booked
We do not use forms or call centres. Questions, quotes, scheduling and aftercare all happen in one WhatsApp thread.
Before you send the first message
Almost every delay in an overseas booking starts in the same place. The first message arrives with a question but not with enough to answer it — and the reply has to be another question. "How much is Thermage" cannot be answered without seeing the face it would be used on, or knowing how many days you have in Seoul.
Ten minutes of preparation before you type usually saves two or three days of exchange. This page is that preparation: what to photograph, what to tell us alongside it, and what happens once it is sent.
One patient, one room, one physician
The fear people describe most often before booking abroad is of being processed — of arriving as one of forty faces that day and leaving with whatever the schedule allowed. Symphony is not organised that way, and the reasons are structural rather than a matter of goodwill.

What sits on your side at each stage, and what you are waiting for.
- 01You send the photos and the notesOne message on WhatsApp. You do not need to know which treatment you want — deciding that is what we are for.
- 02We come back with questions, not a quoteUsually one or two: something the photos left ambiguous, or a date that does not work. This is the exchange that saves the trip, so it is worth answering properly.
- 03A video consultation is arranged if it would helpNot every plan needs one. When the concern is laxity, or the schedule is tight, seeing you move and talk is worth more than another photo.
- 04You receive the plan and the estimate in writingRead it before the flight is booked rather than after. If the order has to change to fit your days, this is the moment to say so.
- 05The date is fixed and the day is preparedYour interpreter, your room and your schedule are held. Tell us as early as you can if anything moves.
- 06You arriveBring your passport. Come without make-up if you can, and leave time before your appointment for reception, skin analysis and the in-person check that confirms the plan before anything begins.
The questions that hold people up
Will someone speak my language?
An interpreter is with you from reception through to the treatment room, in Japanese, Chinese or English. The same person handles your chat, so you are not re-explaining your history to someone new when you walk in.
How do I pay, and can I claim any tax back?
Payment methods, currency and anything relating to tax refunds depend on what is actually planned for you and on the rules in force at the time. All of it is confirmed with you at consultation, before you travel. We would rather give you your figure than publish one that turns out not to apply.
What if I have to change or cancel the date?
Message the same WhatsApp thread as soon as you know. Because the day is built around your travel dates, an early change is usually absorbed without difficulty. Any conditions attached to your particular booking are confirmed with you when the date is fixed.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. Tell us in advance so your interpreter knows and there is somewhere for them to wait. Whether they can be in the room during a procedure depends on what is being done, and is confirmed on the day.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
As soon as your dates are roughly known, and ideally before the flight is booked. The plan can change which days you want free, and a plan is easier to move than a ticket.
Am I committed to anything by asking?
No. Nothing is fixed until you have seen the plan in person and agreed to it. The written estimate is what we intend to do, not something you have signed up for.
※ Messages and video calls before your visit cover consultation, guidance and planning only. They are not a remote medical examination, and no medication is arranged before you arrive. Suitability, sequence and fees are confirmed in person with your physician at the clinic, and response and recovery vary by individual.
You have read this far. Start with one photo.
Free, one-on-one, and nothing is decided until you see the plan in person.
