MIRAJET converts the instantaneous light energy of a laser into pressure and fires the solution as a micro-jet. A measured dose reaches the dermal layer without a needle and without thermal injury, and the micro-channels the jet opens stimulate fibroblasts on their own.

What the device actually does
A laser fires a short, powerful pulse of light. MIRAJET converts that energy into pressure and pushes the solution through the skin surface as a micro-jet. Nothing sharp enters the skin.
Two things happen in the same movement. A measured dose of the chosen solution is carried into the dermis, and the micro-channels the jet opens stimulate fibroblasts — the collagen-forming half of the treatment. Because the energy is mechanical rather than thermal, there is no burn to work around and no needle track to recover from.

Questions we are asked most
Does it hurt?
No needle enters the skin, which removes the sharpest part of the sensation. Most patients describe a repeated tapping. Topical cream is applied as standard and conscious sedation is available if you would prefer it.
Is there anything visible afterwards?
The delivery does not leave the raised bumps that a needle injection leaves. Recovery is listed as same-day return to daily activity, though how each person's skin reacts varies.
How deep does the solution actually go?
The jet is set to reach the dermal layer, in the region of 1 to 2 mm. Depth is adjusted to the thickness of the skin being treated.
How is the dose controlled?
Each shot delivers about 0.3 µl. Total volume is controlled by the energy level and the number of passes over an area, so it can be raised or lowered per zone.
Can it be combined with other treatments on the same visit?
It is commonly planned alongside skin boosters, and with lifting devices where laxity is also part of the picture. What is appropriate for you is confirmed at consultation.
Can I fly home the same day?
Recovery is described as immediate return to daily activity, so short-notice travel is generally workable. Your doctor confirms this against your own plan at consultation.
