How the floors are laid out
Dermatology occupies the second floor of the Sinsa Hill Building and plastic surgery the fourth. Both floors are arranged so that a patient moves between rooms rather than sharing one: lobby and waiting area, consultation room, laser and treatment rooms, a skincare room, a VIP care room, a hyperbaric oxygen room, a recovery room and a powder room.
Appointments are spaced rather than stacked. For someone who has flown in for a few days this is the practical half of the arrangement — you are not waiting in a corridor for a room to free up, and your session does not start late because the one before it ran over.

How a visit moves through the space
- 01Lobby and waiting areaReception on the dermatology floor. Tell us your language when you book and an interpreter is arranged for the day.
- 02Consultation roomOne-to-one with the physician behind a closed door. Your skin is assessed here in person and the plan is confirmed before anything is switched on.
- 03Treatment or laser roomThe room is yours for the session. The physician who drew up the plan performs it.
- 04Recovery roomA separate room to settle in afterwards — particularly after sedation — before you go back out into the day.
- 05Powder roomSomewhere to redo make-up and look at your skin properly before you leave.

Questions people ask before they fly
I am travelling on my own. Will I be able to make myself understood?
Tell us your language when you book and an interpreter is arranged for your visit. The same chat you booked on stays open while you are here, so there is always somewhere to ask a question that occurs to you in the room.
Will I share a treatment room with anyone?
No. Rooms are single-patient from the consultation through to recovery, and appointments are spaced so that this holds even on a busy day.
What happens if I feel unwell during a treatment?
Say so and the session stops. A member of the medical team is with you, monitoring and emergency equipment is kept on the floor, and you can settle in the recovery room until a physician is satisfied you are ready to leave.
How do I know the equipment and consumables are genuine?
Device tips are unsealed in the room in front of you rather than brought in already opened. For Thermage, you are told the shot count that was used and a genuine-product certificate is issued afterwards.
Is the clinic all in one building?
Yes. Dermatology is on the second floor and plastic surgery on the fourth, in the Sinsa Hill Building on Dosan-daero. You do not move between sites during a visit.
