Ulther-ma-jet (All-in-One)

Three devices, three depths, one session

Ulther-ma-jet combines lifting treatments that work at different depths and finishes with a booster into the upper dermis. Ultherapy reaches the SMAS, Thermage works through the epidermis into the lower dermis, and MIRAJET delivers boosters without a needle. The point of combining them is coverage: no single device reaches all three layers.

Treatment timeAbout 60–90 min
AnaesthesiaTopical cream, or conscious sedation
DowntimeSame-day return
IntervalEvery 6–12 months

※ The final plan and cost are confirmed by your physician after an in-person examination at the clinic. Results and recovery vary by individual.

Ulther-ma-jet (All-in-One)

Why combine at all

Each lifting device is built for a particular depth. Focused ultrasound is delivered straight to the SMAS fascia; radiofrequency passes through the epidermis and works in the lower dermis; a needle-free jet places boosters in the upper dermis. Treat only one of those and the other two layers are untouched.

In a combined session the three are done in sequence at one visit — the lift from below, the tightening across the dermis, and the texture and tone work at the surface. For patients travelling for treatment, that also means one appointment instead of three separate trips.

Two configurations

Symphony runs the combination in two forms. Which one is appropriate is decided at consultation, based on whether your concern is descent or surface quality.

What each device contributes

The three are not interchangeable. They are chosen because they stop at different depths.

Ultherapy — the deep layer
High-intensity focused ultrasound is delivered directly to the SMAS layer, without losing energy on the way. This is the non-surgical lifting component, and it also prompts collagen production.
Thermage — across the dermis
Radiofrequency energy passes through the epidermis into the lower dermis, where collagen forms. This is the tightening and firmness component.
MIRAJET — the surface
A needle-free micro-jet places boosters into the upper dermis and stimulates fibroblasts. Aimed at pore size, scarring and acne marks, stretch marks, fine lines, volume, texture and tone.

Ultherapy and Thermage, side by side

This is the comparison we use at consultation to explain why one is not a substitute for the other.

How the visit runs

  1. 01Analysis of the whole face and neckPores, lines, pigmentation, sebum and tone are read together with the state of the neck and where lines are forming, so the plan is built on your skin rather than on a package.
  2. 02Before the sessionDeep cleansing prepares the skin, with LED regeneration care and the oxygen ion dome used to bring the skin into good condition before energy is applied.
  3. 03The combined sessionThe devices are used in sequence in one visit — deep, mid and surface — with the anaesthetic option agreed beforehand.
  4. 04After the sessionAftercare supports regeneration of collagen and elastin fibres in the dermis, with the aim of holding the result for longer.

Where we treat differently

A combined session multiplies the number of decisions to be made. These are the ones we do not leave to a protocol.

One doctor, from plan to follow-up
The doctor who assesses your skin at consultation designs the combination and performs it. After you fly home, follow-up questions go back to the same doctor rather than to a general desk.
Open chart, log file included
The treatment record is stored with the log file and the shot count used, so you can see exactly what was done and check it again at any time.
Genuine devices, counted shots
Symphony works to a genuine-device, genuine-count rule across the combination — including the tips and cartridges used.
21 years, and a separate aftercare centre
Symphony runs its treatment centre and its post-treatment care centre separately, so aftercare is not squeezed into a treatment room.

Comfort during the session

A combined session is longer than a single one. We offer three levels and decide with you which is appropriate.

Anaesthetic cream
A compounded topical cream applied before the session. Enough for many patients.
Inhaled sedation
A nitrous oxide and oxygen mix. You stay awake and able to respond throughout.
IV sedation
Carried out by our medical team with monitoring and prepared medication, where requested and appropriate.

Questions we are asked most

Is it safe to do three treatments in one day?

They work at different depths, which is why they can be sequenced in one visit. Whether all three are appropriate for you — and in what order — is decided by your doctor at consultation.

Can I fly home the same day?

There is no wound and no dressing, and normal activity resumes the same day. A combined session takes around 60 to 90 minutes, so we plan it against your travel dates.

How is this different from booking the treatments separately?

Clinically the components are the same. The difference is that the plan is set as one design, and you make one trip instead of three.

How often can it be repeated?

The combined session is generally repeated every 6 to 12 months. MIRAJET on its own can be done more frequently, roughly once every 1 to 2 months.

Which configuration should I choose?

That depends on whether your main concern is descent, surface firmness or skin quality. We go through the difference at consultation before anything is booked.

What we look at before anything is switched on

01
Skin analysis first
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed before settings are chosen, so energy levels and tips match the skin in front of us rather than a default protocol.
02
Planned and performed by a physician
The doctor who consults you draws up the plan and carries it out. Nothing is delegated after the consultation.
03
Layered, not single-device
Treatments are combined by depth and symptom, with intervals planned around your recovery.
04
Care that continues
Conditioning before, calming immediately after, and home-care guidance through recovery — then the next session is adjusted to how your skin responded.
