Fill-up Collagen
Collagen supplied directly, not waited for
Fill-up Collagen uses Laetigen, a 99.9% pure type 1 collagen placed straight into the dermis. Most boosters ask your skin to make collagen; this one supplies the collagen itself.
※ The final plan and cost are confirmed by your physician after an in-person examination at the clinic. Results and recovery vary by individual.

Why supplementing collagen is the point
Collagen is what the dermis is built from. Its density decides how firm skin feels and how quickly lines set in. Production starts falling from your twenties, and by your forties the skin holds around half the collagen it held then — which is why skin becomes harder to recover, not just less full.
Laetigen approaches that directly. Rather than placing a material and waiting for your own collagen to build around it, purified type 1 collagen is supplied into the dermis. It has been approved for human compatibility, which is what allows it to be injected into the skin layer itself.
Collagen boosters and direct collagen
Both have a place, and they are often planned together. The difference is what is actually going in.
| Collagen-stimulating boosters | Laetigen (direct collagen) | |
|---|---|---|
| What is placed | A material that prompts your skin to produce collagen | Purified type 1 collagen itself |
| Timing | You wait for your own production to build | Collagen is supplemented immediately on injection |
| Working on | The skin's production capacity | The ECM structure, plus fibroblast function |
What happens in the dermis
- 01Collagen is supplementedType 1 collagen — the collagen the dermis is made of — is placed directly into the skin layer.
- 02The ECM structure is reinforcedAs the extracellular matrix is strengthened the skin's structure becomes firmer and holds water rather than losing it.
- 03Fibroblast function is supportedStrengthening fibroblast function supports the skin's own collagen production, which is where wrinkle, firmness and hydration changes come from.

Comfort and recovery
Two properties of the material matter here as much as technique.
How Symphony runs it
The ampoule is the same everywhere. The planning, the placement and what happens afterwards are not.
Questions we are asked most
Is this the same as a filler?
No. A filler is placed to occupy space and change shape. Laetigen supplies type 1 collagen into the dermis to work on the skin's structure — firmness, fine lines, hydration — rather than on contour.
What is the collagen made from?
It is porcine in origin, extracted in Korea from pigs under six months of age and around 40 kg, raised in clean facilities under animal-ethics supervision. Please tell us at consultation if this matters to you for religious, dietary or medical reasons.
How soon will I see a change?
Because collagen is supplied rather than stimulated, the material is working from the moment it is placed. How visible that is, and how long it holds, varies between individuals; the product is described as lasting six months or more.
Can I fly home the same day?
Yes. Treatment takes 10 to 20 minutes and you return to normal activity straight away. Bumps after injection are small and typically settle quickly.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes. It is one of the materials we combine within a Symphony Custom Booster session and is often planned alongside collagen-stimulating boosters — one supplying collagen now, the other building it over months. What is combined is decided at consultation.
※ Fill-up Collagen is a skin-quality treatment and does not reshape the face. Results, sensation, duration and recovery vary by individual, and no outcome is guaranteed. Suitability and the treatment plan are confirmed by your physician at consultation; please disclose any allergy history beforehand.
