Pore Program
Pores are a symptom. The plan starts from the cause
An enlarged pore is not one condition. It can be a scar, a loss of elasticity, or an oil-flow problem — and the three do not respond to the same treatment. Symphony sorts the type first, then combines devices and boosters around it.
※ The final plan and cost are confirmed by your physician after an in-person examination at the clinic. Results and recovery vary by individual.

Why pores widen
A pore is the small opening through which sebum produced by the sebaceous gland reaches the skin surface. Its size is not fixed. Hormonal change, ageing and even weather can enlarge it, and once it is enlarged, debris and bacteria enter more easily, which can lead to further skin problems.
This is why treating the surface alone tends to disappoint. If the opening is wide because the surrounding collagen has weakened, resurfacing does not address it. If it is wide because a scar has formed at the opening, controlling oil does not address it either.
Three patterns we sort between
Which of these dominates is what decides the combination.
What makes it worse
Devices, chosen by pore type
Symphony runs these in combination rather than choosing one. Which ones apply to you is decided at consultation.
Combining two or more methods
Applying more than one method in a planned sequence shortens the overall course and raises satisfaction with the result.
- 01SubcisionA needle is used to release the tangled fibrous tissue underneath a depressed scar, so the fibrosed skin can heal.
- 02Solution deliveryA solution is delivered precisely into the pore or scar to increase collagen and elastin synthesis and rebuild the area.
- 03Pore and scar laserDermal regeneration is prompted without damaging the epidermis, so the pore contracts and the scar fills in.
How the booster is delivered
The same solution behaves differently depending on how it enters the skin. The method is chosen for the solution and the skin, not by habit.
Boosters used for pores and sebum
The lineup is broad on purpose — the point is matching, not variety.
Medical skincare after the session
Aftercare is planned to reduce side effects such as pigmentation and to help damaged tissue settle.
Where Symphony works differently
Questions we are asked most
Can pores be made permanently smaller?
Pore size responds to what is causing it to be wide — scarring, loss of elasticity or sebum flow — and those causes continue to change with age and environment. The programme aims to improve the appearance and to keep the causes managed, not to close pores permanently.
Which combination will I need?
That depends on which of the three patterns dominates in your skin. It is decided with your doctor after the skin is assessed, and adjusted as the course progresses.
How many visits does it take?
Pore work is normally a course rather than a single session. Your doctor proposes a realistic sequence against the time you have in Korea.
Will there be marks after the injections?
It depends on the delivery method. MIRAJET does not leave raised bumps; with the injector, the uniform bumps that form are usually absorbed within about a day.
Can it be combined with lifting treatments?
Yes — where the pore pattern is elasticity-related, lifting devices are often part of the same plan rather than a separate one.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
It depends on which method was used on the day. Your doctor tells you what is appropriate before you leave, along with the skincare to use.
※ Pore appearance depends on skin type, age, sebum activity and environment, and responses differ between individuals. This programme aims at improvement and management rather than permanent change, and no outcome is guaranteed. The combination, the number of sessions and the aftercare are confirmed by your physician at consultation.
