Lowering the pain
AirNox and topical cream are both on hand. Which one is used depends on the treatment and on your skin that day.
Clinic pages in Gangnam list the same device names, and the list is easy to copy. What a list cannot tell you is who reads your skin, who holds the handpiece on the day, and who answers you three weeks later when you are home again. This page is about that part.

Very few people fly to Seoul for one machine. They come because a plan that would otherwise be spread across months of separate appointments can be built around the days they are already here — and because the follow-up does not have to stop at the airport.
That only holds if two things are arranged in advance. The plan has to exist before the flight is booked, so the days here are spent on treatment rather than on deciding. And someone has to stay responsible for it once you have landed back home.
Both are matters of structure rather than equipment. What follows is how Symphony is set up — and, where it can be, what you are able to check for yourself before you commit to anything.

Before any device is switched on, we read which layer has given way. Muscle, SMAS, deep dermis, mid dermis and the surface each fail differently, and each needs a different tool. That reading — not the device list — is what decides your result.
※ The combination and the order are decided at consultation. There is no fixed menu — two people with the same concern rarely receive the same plan.
In many clinics the consultation is done by a manager and the treatment by an aesthetician. That split is invisible on a website and obvious in the result. At Symphony the three stages belong to one physician.

Devices can be bought. This structure has to be staffed.
Not a list of machines — the things this clinic actually does while one person is being treated.

AirNox and topical cream are both on hand. Which one is used depends on the treatment and on your skin that day.

Appointments are spaced so the treatment room is yours from beginning to end.

After the treatment, the care steps are set against how your skin actually responded.

The doctor who consulted with you writes the plan and performs the treatment.

What the skin analyser measures is kept, so the next session starts from the last one.

40% off when you return for a laser treatment. Which treatments this covers, and the list price it is calculated from, are explained at consultation.

This is not a package. It is the order in which the decisions get made.
※ Video consultation at this stage covers consultation, guidance and planning only. It is not a remote medical examination, and no medication is arranged remotely. Everything is confirmed in person at the clinic.
Yes. The video call runs with an interpreter, the written plan comes in the same language, and messages before and after your visit are answered in it. The clinic works in English, Japanese, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Russian and Korean.
The physician who consulted with you writes the plan and performs the treatment. That structure is what the rest of this page describes; it is also the part that is hardest to see from a website, which is why we put it first.
No, and we would rather say so first. A screen reads the degree of sagging and the contour line, where volume has been lost, deeper set-in wrinkles, and how a plan would fit your dates. It cannot read the depth of pigment, pore and texture detail, redness and vascular condition, or measured thickness and elasticity. Those are checked in person on the day, and the plan is adjusted then.
It depends on which layers are being treated and on how much downtime each step carries. One worked four-day example is set out on the video consultation page — it is an illustration built from device downtimes, not a fixed programme, and your own order is decided by the physician.
That is the question the order of sessions is built around: the heavier day is placed away from your flight, and lighter steps are used close to it. Recovery still varies from person to person, which is why the order is fixed after the in-person check rather than before it.
A written recovery guide in your language on the day, check-ins on day 1, 3 and 7, and guidance at day 30. If something looks off, your photograph and message go to the physician and the reply comes back from the physician. This is recovery guidance, not remote medical treatment — if you develop symptoms that concern you, please also seek care where you are.
Korea keeps a public register of medical institutions permitted to treat international patients. Symphony is on it. You can look up any clinic there, which is rather the point of a register.
You receive a written estimate at the video consultation, before you commit to travel. Patients returning for a laser treatment are offered 40% off; which treatments that covers, and the list price it is calculated from, are explained at consultation.
10:00–19:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 10:00–17:00 on Saturday. Closed on Thursdays, Sundays and Korean public holidays — including the days around Lunar New Year and Chuseok, which are worth checking before you book a flight.
Free, one-on-one, and nothing is decided until you see the plan in person.
