A system built around the patientEvery treatment and procedure at Symphony begins only after a consultation and an assessment. The plan is drawn for one person from what those show, and the options you can choose between are put in front of you together. - 02
Equipment chosen with safety in mindSafety comes first in what the clinic buys and how it runs. A central monitoring system, an endoscope, a defibrillator and an uninterruptible power supply are in place so that an adverse event can be prevented where possible and handled where it cannot. - 03
Sterile-clean systemWiping surfaces is not where this stops. The clinic runs a sterilisation-grade regime, managing the air in the room as well as the instruments in it.
What you can check before the treatment
With a device treatment, what actually happens is “which tip, how many shots”. So we open both.
The genuine tip is opened in front of you
For devices where the shot count is held in the tip — Thermage, Ulthera — the tip with its authenticity sticker is opened in front of you before the treatment starts. We do not use a tip opened earlier.
You get the shot count as a record
After the session you can check how many shots were actually delivered and which tip was used. Combination treatments are the easiest place to lose track of what you received, so the log is kept and left open.
Certificate of authenticity
Issued on request. For Ulthera Prime you can look up whether a clinic uses the genuine device yourself, through the clinic finder on the Merz Korea website.
The doctor who plans it performs it
Consultation, assessment, the treatment itself and the care afterwards are handled by the medical team directly.
The doctor who consulted with you draws the plan and performs the treatment. The next session is taken up by the same doctor.
