A two-part booster aimed at evenness of tone
Glievo pairs an ampoule containing glyceollin — a plant-derived compound obtained from soy — with a glycyrrhizin powder. The ampoule is aimed at the melanin pathway; the powder works on hydration, collagen and elasticity. It is the booster we discuss when the concern is uneven tone and marks rather than lines or laxity.

Two parts, mixed before use
Most boosters work on density or water content. Glievo is built around a different target: the process by which skin makes pigment. The ampoule carries glyceollin, a naturally occurring compound derived from soy, which is described as helping to suppress melanin synthesis.
The second part is a glycyrrhizin powder, which addresses collagen and the water content of the skin. The two are mixed before treatment so that pigment-related and condition-related concerns are handled in the same session rather than in separate ones.

Melanin is not made in one step. The Korean source names the specific points glyceollin is reported to act on.

Is this a whitening treatment?
We describe it as a treatment aimed at evenness of tone. The formulation acts on the melanin pathway, but the degree of change differs between individuals and depends on what is causing the unevenness, which is why suitability is assessed at consultation rather than assumed.
How many sessions, and how far apart?
At 3–4 week intervals, planned as a course. Pigment concerns respond gradually, so the interval matters more here than the number of sessions in a single visit.
Can it be combined with other boosters?
Glievo itself is a combination of two parts, and it is commonly discussed alongside boosters aimed at density or hydration rather than instead of them. What is appropriate for you is decided at consultation.
Do I have to avoid the sun afterwards?
Sun exposure drives pigment production regardless of what treatment you have had, so daily protection is part of the plan we discuss with any tone-related treatment.
Will it show afterwards?
Normal activity resumes the same day. With the multi-needle injector the small raised points are absorbed within about a day; the needle-free method leaves none.
