Jalupro

Amino acids and hyaluronic acid, placed where collagen is made

Jalupro delivers concentrated pure amino acids together with hyaluronic acid into the skin, supplying skin cells with nutrients directly rather than through a cream. It is the booster we discuss when the concern is structure — creases that have begun to hold their shape — and when areas beyond the face, such as the neck, are part of the picture.

Jalupro

Why amino acids

Amino acids make up around 70% of the structure of collagen. They are the raw material, not the finished product — which is why the formula is built around a high concentration of them rather than around collagen itself.

Jalupro combines those amino acids with hyaluronic acid at a set ratio and places the mixture into the skin, so the nutrients arrive in the layer that uses them instead of sitting on the surface. The two halves of the formula have different jobs: one group works on collagen, the other on the extracellular matrix that holds water and gives skin its spring.

What each component does

The Korean source names the roles individually. They are listed here as stated.

Glycine
Involved in collagen formation.
L-Proline
Involved in the formation of growth factors.
L-Lysine
Encourages collagen synthesis.
L-Leucine
Works on hydration, as part of the extracellular matrix group.
Hyaluronic acid
Helps skin hold water and supports elasticity by generating the base molecules of the matrix.

Two formulations

Jalupro is not one product. Which one is used depends on whether the concern is firmness or a deeper fold — and the two are sometimes used at different stages.

What the course is aimed at

These are the directions of change described in the product literature — discussed as aims at consultation, not as guarantees.

Deeper creases, including neck lines
Listed first in the Korean source, and the reason this booster is often chosen for the neck.
Fine lines around the eyes
The thin skin where creases first begin to set.
Elasticity
Firmness rather than volume.
Tone and texture
Evenness of surface and complexion.
Hydration
Water content, supported by the hyaluronic acid component.
Dermal density and thickness
The structural half of the result, and the slowest to appear.

When this one comes up in consultation

Boosters are chosen for the concern, not by popularity. Jalupro is the one we raise in these situations.

Lines that stay visible when your face is at rest
The formula is aimed at the structure underneath rather than at surface hydration alone.
Neck, back of the hands, elbows
The Korean source names these areas explicitly. Boosters aimed only at the face are less often used here.
Dryness that has become a daily problem
The hyaluronic acid and L-Leucine components address water content.
An event on the calendar
Same-day return to normal activity is the norm, which is why patients schedule it before something that matters.
Pigmentation marks or stretch marks on your mind
Both are listed in the source among the concerns patients raise for this treatment.
You want the base condition changed, not covered
The stated intention is to supply what skin cells use, rather than to fill.

How it is delivered

Four methods are available. The choice is made from the properties of the agent and the condition of your skin.

Mirajet — needle-free
Delivers the solution as a micro-jet without a needle. No needle pain, no thermal injury, no visible papules and no separate recovery time.
Aiject — automated injection
Digital delivery at a constant speed, which reduces discomfort and keeps volume even. Suited to repeated booster and collagen sessions.
Injector — 9 × 34G
Nine fine 34G sterile needles place the solution at one uniform depth across a wide area — more even than by hand, and reported at around half the discomfort. The small raised points settle within about a day.
By hand
The most established method and the most operator-dependent. Our medical team has over 20 years of clinical practice and works to keep discomfort and bruising to a minimum.

Questions we are asked most

Classic or HMW — how is that decided?

Classic is positioned as an elasticity booster for fine lines; HMW as a volumising booster for deeper folds such as the nasolabial lines. Both are described as increasing dermal density. The choice is made at consultation from the depth of the lines you want addressed.

Can it be used on the neck?

Yes. Neck lines are listed first among the concerns in the Korean source, along with the backs of the hands and elbows. These areas are treated on the same visit when appropriate.

How often?

At 3–4 week intervals. Because the formula supplies raw material rather than acting mechanically, it is planned as a course rather than as a single session.

Will it show afterwards?

Recovery is immediate in the sense that normal activity resumes the same day. With the multi-needle injector, small raised points are absorbed within about a day; the needle-free method leaves none.

How is this different from NCTF?

NCTF is a broad 53-component complex aimed at the overall condition of the skin. Jalupro concentrates on amino acids as collagen's raw material and comes in two strengths for different depths of line. Which is appropriate, or whether they are used at different stages, is decided at consultation.

What we look at before anything is switched on

01
Skin analysis first
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed before settings are chosen, so energy levels and tips match the skin in front of us rather than a default protocol.
02
Planned and performed by a physician
The doctor who consults you draws up the plan and carries it out. Nothing is delegated after the consultation.
03
Layered, not single-device
Treatments are combined by depth and symptom, with intervals planned around your recovery.
04
Care that continues
Conditioning before, calming immediately after, and home-care guidance through recovery — then the next session is adjusted to how your skin responded.
