Fillmed NCTF
A 53-component revitaliser, given as a short course
Fillmed NCTF 135 HA is a skin revitaliser — 53 components combined with hyaluronic acid and placed into the skin rather than applied on top of it. It is the booster we discuss when the whole surface looks tired at once: dull tone, visible pores, fine lines and a dermis that has thinned, rather than one isolated concern.
※ The final plan and cost are confirmed by your physician after an in-person examination at the clinic. Results and recovery vary by individual.

What is actually in the vial
NCTF combines 53 ingredients with hyaluronic acid at a fixed ratio. It is not a filler and not a volumiser. The category name used for it — revitaliser — describes the intent: supply the skin with the raw materials it uses every day, in the layer where they are used.
The cell the formula is aimed at is the fibroblast, which sits in the dermis and is responsible for collagen and much of what we recognise as firmness. Fibroblast activity declines with age, and the stated purpose of the complex is to give those cells a more favourable working environment. That is why the Korean source lists pigmentation, lines and lost elasticity together rather than as separate indications.

What the course is aimed at
These are the directions of change described in the product literature. They are aims discussed at consultation, not promises.
How a course usually runs
NCTF is planned as a series at 3–4 week intervals, not as a single session. The pattern below is what we describe at consultation.
When this one comes up in consultation
Boosters are not interchangeable. NCTF is the one we raise in these situations.
How it is delivered
The agent matters, but so does how it is placed. Four methods are available, and the choice is made from the agent's properties and the condition of your skin.
Questions we are asked most
How many sessions will I need?
It is planned as a course at 3–4 week intervals. The Korean protocol describes change through the first three sessions, with a fourth and fifth about a month apart to hold the result. The number appropriate for you is agreed at consultation.
I am only in Korea for a few days. Is one session worth it?
One session is normally felt as texture and hydration around three to five days later. The changes described from the second and third sessions require the interval, so a single visit should be understood as a starting point rather than a full course.
Will anything show afterwards?
With the needle-free method there are no raised points and no separate recovery time. With the multi-needle injector the small raised points are absorbed within about a day. Same-day return to normal activity is the norm.
Is it painful? Do I need anaesthesia?
Topical anaesthetic cream is standard, and sedation is available on request. The needle-free and automated methods exist for exactly this reason.
How is it different from Jalupro?
Jalupro leads with concentrated amino acids as the raw material for collagen. NCTF is broader — 53 components including vitamins, minerals and nucleic acids alongside hyaluronic acid. Which is appropriate, or whether both are used at different times, is decided at consultation.
※ Fillmed NCTF is a revitalising injectable; it does not add volume and does not replace lifting treatment. Response, sensation and recovery vary by individual, and no outcome is guaranteed. Suitability and the number of sessions are confirmed by your physician at consultation.
