Fillmed NCTF

A 53-component revitaliser, given as a short course

Fillmed NCTF 135 HA is a skin revitaliser — 53 components combined with hyaluronic acid and placed into the skin rather than applied on top of it. It is the booster we discuss when the whole surface looks tired at once: dull tone, visible pores, fine lines and a dermis that has thinned, rather than one isolated concern.

Treatment time10–20 min
AnaesthesiaTopical cream, or sedation on request
DowntimeSame-day return
IntervalEvery 3–4 weeks

※ The final plan and cost are confirmed by your physician after an in-person examination at the clinic. Results and recovery vary by individual.

Fillmed NCTF

What is actually in the vial

NCTF combines 53 ingredients with hyaluronic acid at a fixed ratio. It is not a filler and not a volumiser. The category name used for it — revitaliser — describes the intent: supply the skin with the raw materials it uses every day, in the layer where they are used.

The cell the formula is aimed at is the fibroblast, which sits in the dermis and is responsible for collagen and much of what we recognise as firmness. Fibroblast activity declines with age, and the stated purpose of the complex is to give those cells a more favourable working environment. That is why the Korean source lists pigmentation, lines and lost elasticity together rather than as separate indications.

What the course is aimed at

These are the directions of change described in the product literature. They are aims discussed at consultation, not promises.

Dermal density and thickness
The formula is placed in the dermis, the layer where density is lost first.
Elasticity and lines
Firmness and fine lines are addressed together rather than separately.
Tone
Evenness of complexion is one of the stated targets of the complex.
Pores
Visible pore size is listed among the concerns this booster is used for.
Hydration and light
Water content and the way skin catches light are what most patients notice first.

How a course usually runs

NCTF is planned as a series at 3–4 week intervals, not as a single session. The pattern below is what we describe at consultation.

AFTER SESSION 1
Around three to five days later the oil–water balance settles and skin texture feels softer.
AFTER SESSION 2
Elasticity and fine lines are the usual next change, and complexion gradually looks brighter.
AFTER SESSION 3
Skin renewal tends to show as an overall change in tone rather than in one area.
SESSIONS 4–5
Sessions roughly a month apart are used to hold the condition reached, rather than to add to it.

When this one comes up in consultation

Boosters are not interchangeable. NCTF is the one we raise in these situations.

You want the base condition improved, not one line treated
The complex is broad by design. It suits patients whose concern is the overall state of the skin rather than a single fold or spot.
Fine lines and early ageing together
Firmness and fine lines are the concerns most often paired with this booster.
Skin that has stopped catching light
Loss of glow and moisture is a common reason patients are offered this rather than a firming device.
Dull, heavy-looking complexion
Evenness of tone is one of the stated aims of the formula.
Open pores or acne scarring on your mind
Both are listed in the Korean source among the concerns this booster is used for.

How it is delivered

The agent matters, but so does how it is placed. Four methods are available, and the choice is made from the agent's properties and the condition of your skin.

Mirajet — needle-free
Delivers the solution as a micro-jet without a needle. No needle pain, no thermal injury, no visible papules and no separate recovery time.
Aiject — automated injection
Digital delivery at a constant speed, which reduces discomfort and keeps the volume even. Suited to repeated booster sessions.
Injector — 9 × 34G
Nine fine 34G sterile needles place the solution at one uniform depth across a wide area — more even than by hand, and reported at around half the discomfort. Depth is chosen for skin thickness. The small raised points settle within about a day.
By hand
The most established method, and the one that depends most on the operator. Our medical team has over 20 years of clinical practice and works to keep discomfort and bruising to a minimum.

Questions we are asked most

How many sessions will I need?

It is planned as a course at 3–4 week intervals. The Korean protocol describes change through the first three sessions, with a fourth and fifth about a month apart to hold the result. The number appropriate for you is agreed at consultation.

I am only in Korea for a few days. Is one session worth it?

One session is normally felt as texture and hydration around three to five days later. The changes described from the second and third sessions require the interval, so a single visit should be understood as a starting point rather than a full course.

Will anything show afterwards?

With the needle-free method there are no raised points and no separate recovery time. With the multi-needle injector the small raised points are absorbed within about a day. Same-day return to normal activity is the norm.

Is it painful? Do I need anaesthesia?

Topical anaesthetic cream is standard, and sedation is available on request. The needle-free and automated methods exist for exactly this reason.

How is it different from Jalupro?

Jalupro leads with concentrated amino acids as the raw material for collagen. NCTF is broader — 53 components including vitamins, minerals and nucleic acids alongside hyaluronic acid. Which is appropriate, or whether both are used at different times, is decided at consultation.

What we look at before anything is switched on

01
Skin analysis first
Skin type, thickness and condition are assessed before settings are chosen, so energy levels and tips match the skin in front of us rather than a default protocol.
02
Planned and performed by a physician
The doctor who consults you draws up the plan and carries it out. Nothing is delegated after the consultation.
03
Layered, not single-device
Treatments are combined by depth and symptom, with intervals planned around your recovery.
04
Care that continues
Conditioning before, calming immediately after, and home-care guidance through recovery — then the next session is adjusted to how your skin responded.
